SHOPPING IN PERSON
Precious Essentials is based in Baltimore, Maryland. While we do not have a physical store, some of our products are sold in retail boutiques in Baltimore area and the surrounding counties. You may also find us at markets and pop-up events around the Maryland or Washington DC areas. See below on "Getting Updates".

PRODUCT SHELF LIFE & INTEGRITY
We only use natural ingredients, without chemical preservatives. The typical shelf-life of our products is 6 months. We recommend you store all products in a cool, dark place.
The texture of natural products such as our body butters and body polishes may be affected by cold or warm weather and temperatures and may harden or melt in transit or while sitting in mailboxes. However, it absolutely does not affect quality or performance. If your body butter melts or becomes too soft, simply put it in the refrigerator (before opening to avoid spilling) until it completely cools. You may also stir the contents halfway through cooling and place back in the refrigerator. If it hardens due to very cold weather, leave it out at room temperature and it will soften. It won’t have the same whipped texture, but your skin will love your products just the same!
We ship orders using recycled, repurposed or biodegradable packaging materials. Instead of disposing of boxes, plastic bubble wrap, or the air cushioning we receive in our supply shipments, we reuse them when shipping out our orders – and any packaging materials we do purchase are biodegradable such as kraft padded envelopes and paper bags, corrugated cardboard, paper wrap or cardboard boxes.
We only use natural ingredients, avoiding preservatives and harsh chemicals often used in scented products. We don’t compromise on caring for your skin while delivering tantalizing fragrances with each product.
No, we do not test on animals. All of our products are cruelty free.
Most of our products are vegan friendly, but not all. Certain products may contain natural ingredients produced by animals such as beeswax. Please refer to the ingredient list on each product to learn what each product contains.
FINDING A PRODUCT
At Precious Essentials, we are always curating new products and fragrances to deliver the best quality products and service to our customers. The product you are looking for may be discontinued, seasonal or sold out. Contact us to learn more if you cannot find a product on our website.
Each Precious Essentials product is handcrafted using 100% natural ingredients. We do not use preservatives or chemicals that are harmful for your skin or hair. As a small business, we pay careful attention to detail and focus on high-quality products, service and customer satisfaction.
Shipping & Returns
PROCESSING & SHIPPING
All purchases are processed within 5-8 business days and should be delivered within the specified shipping option selected at checkout. Due to the holiday season and health pandemic, there have been delays with shipping times with the various shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS and Fed Ex.
Free Local Delivery is available for orders over $25 in the Baltimore area, just select the “Local Delivery” option during checkout. If you need a Precious Essentials product sooner and you are in the local Baltimore area, check out our social media pages for information on our partner retail stores or pop-up events.
MAKING A CHANGE TO AN ORDER
If you need to make a change after placing an order, please contact us. While we cannot guarantee the change can be made, we would like to work with you on finding a resolution that meets your needs.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Precious Essentials pride ourselves on excellent customer service and high quality products.
While we do not exchange or refund products or orders, if you are not happy with your order or have a concern, please contact us so we can work with you on finding a resolution.
We do not currently ship internationally. We ship to all 50 United States and its territories, as well as APO/FPO and DPO.
CUSTOM GIFT SETS
All of our gift sets arrive in a gift box or bag, ready for gifting.
If you would like to have the all of the items in your cart prepared as a gift set, you have essentially created a custom gift set!
You may add Custom Gift Set Option (an additional fee) to your cart to have all of the items in your cart gift wrapped. By selecting the Custom Gift Set Option, your order will be shipped or delivered ready for gifting. Please note, all items in cart will be wrapped together in 1 kraft gift box with a pink ribbon for Precious Essentials. For an Essentials for MEN custom gift set request, all items will be wrapped in 1 kraft gift box with a black ribbon.

If you are a new wholesale customer, please complete our Wholesale Opportunity form. We will respond within 2 business days.

Invoicing - Payment is made at the time of the order. Digital invoices will be sent via PayPal or Square. We do not currently accept payment terms.
Delivery/Shipping - Local delivery within 10 miles of 21208 is free. Shipping will be added to orders beyond the local delivery boundary.
Processing - Turnaround time for your order may vary from 2-4 weeks depending on order size, product availability and our production schedule.
Samples - If you need samples for display, please add to your order request. Samples are discounted at 50% off of one wholesale product.Batches - All of our products are handmade with all natural ingredients and may have slight variation in batches.
